We offer a standard fixed price for repairing up and over garage door cables or cones and cables. This covers the majority of garage door repairs.
This includes:
• Travel to and from any address in North Devon
• A new set of cables, or cones and cables, for your door
• A full service and safety check of your door afterwards
Occasionally, the price may vary depending on how the door has been fitted. For example, some doors are built into openings and then rendered in, which can prevent access for maintenance.
In some cases, additional parts may be required due to lack of maintenance. Only these extra parts would incur an additional charge.
If the repair cost is likely to exceed £84.95, we will inform you before any work begins and explain the cost clearly.

Got a problem with your garage door, even though the cables are fine? Whether it’s manual or electric, we can fix most issues on the spot. Often, a proper service or adjustment is all it takes to get everything working smoothly again.
This includes:
• Preventative care – The door’s running gear is cleaned, lubricated, and checked for wear, tear, and free operation. Latches and locks are lubricated and checked.
• The spring tension is checked and adjusted if required. A badly tensioned door can be dangerous.
• Alignment - We make sure your door is fitted correctly and aligned properly, many doors on new sites are never set up correctly!
• Safety checks – We ensure your door is safe to use, which is especially important for electric systems.
The £49.95 charge covers ALL domestic garage doors including Up and Over, Sectional Overhead, Roller Shutters and Side Hinged.

We can help. We diagnose the problem at a cost of £28.00 per hour (we do charge for travelling from Westward Ho!) then give you a fixed price for repairs. We DO carry many spares and can usually repair doors on the spot, quickly and efficiently.
NOTE- If we can NOT repair your door there is NO charge at all.
