Scheduled Work

£28.00 per hour. This covers the majority of the work undertaken, plumming, electrical, building, locks etc.

Reactive Call Outs-

We do offer a reactive call out service when you need us the most. Whether your garage door is stuck, your front door won't shut, water is squirting from a pipe, your electrics have gone out or any other job you need us instantly, we will be there. 8.00-17.30

£40 First Hour, Then £28 Per Hour.

24 Hour Call Out-

We do offer a reactive call out service out of hours, some jobs just can't wait. This is from 17.30-8.00. £80 First hour then £56 per hour.

Garage Doors

The most common thing to go wrong with manual garage doors is the cables snap, spring to break or the door to get stuck. We have a simple pricing structure for garage doors. 

Cable Repairs-
£85.00 To replace both cables and service the door

Springs- Individually priced per job as vary depending on manufacturer

Stuck Doors-
£50.00 Your door is fully serviced and set up, re tensioned if needed and left fully operational

Electric Doors

£40.00 PER HOUR- Why the increase? We understand electric doors, spent years manufacturing, installing and repairing them, it's our speciality. We have to invest in many spares including motors, sensors, panels to allow efficient repairs. A lot of people install new electic doors, not many have the skills to repair them!
